Information in English

vielgestaltig* is an EU-project that offers educational trainings in the field of gender and diversity.

We organize workshops, advanced training, series of courses or in-house training courses for professionals as well as for volunteers. Furthermore, we offer qualification training for young multipliers on the topics of gender, diversity, anti-discrimination, intersectionality and (anti-)racism.

The project is supported by the Verein Niedersächsischer Bildungsinitiviativen e.V. (VNB) and funded by the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and the Niedersächsischen Ministerium für Soziales, Gesundheit und Gleichstellung.

Diversity as normality

Social diversity shapes all areas of social coexistence. We understand diversity as a plurality of people of different languages, genders, backgrounds, forms of sexual life and love, stories, life plans and needs.

Accompany opening processes

With our work we would like to design and support the opening processes of institutions, individuals and groups. To this end, we offer spaces for learning and reflection, in which professionals, volunteers and other interested people have the opportunity to learn methods of gender-reflective and difference-sensitive work.

Education as a change of perspective

We understand education as a change of perspective. This includes becoming aware of one’s own social positioning and reflecting on one’s own (gender) role. In order to make our own practice more gender and diversity-sensitive, it is necessary to deal with our own entanglement in social power relations. Our workshops and trainings offer a protected framework and professional support and guidance.
